Hi,

first File repository - Maintenance is not the right forum to ask for support. You will have a beter result if you ask on the right place ("Module troubleshooting" in "XOOPS Modules Support forums " for example )

When you have a blank page start by activating php debug mode and look for errors. If any (except for notices) post them here.

You can follow this FAQ https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=80

On a side note, did you follow the install instructions. You should know that:

For XOOPS Framework, the readme file will explain it to you.

The folder xoopseditor with all its content should be uploaded to the folder ../class/

Check also here for info about modules.

Doing a little research yourself won't harm.
If you want to test things setup a testserver on your local harddrive with XAMPP.

Please read carefully the tips in Starting a New XOOPS Site (pinned in the Beginner's forum, also at XOOPSwiki and XOOPSinfo), there is guidance on Frameworks, xoopseditors and module installation. Then, if you still have questions, post in the Modules Troubleshooting forum, not here.
