Hi everyone
I was using xdirectory and followed the upgrade instructions for mx-directory

I was able to get the module upgraded successfully message
and can see it in admin will all my listings still there
but when in my site i go to xdirectory now i get the blank page i turned on debugging and it says:

This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

If you are the administrator of this site, please visit the XOOPS Troubleshooting Page (followed the link its not p right now) for assistance.

Error [Xoops]: Handler does not exist
Module: xdirectory
Name: coupon in file ****\htdocs\include\functions.php line 521

ok heres what i think happened before i installed the upgrade "xdirectory" was named something else in my module list, meaning i changed it to display as something like "yellow pages" but the file name was never changed, i didnt hack it just went through admin
is this the problem, i tried changing to back to xdirectory but this didnt change anything

Thanks
Layla

Hi John thanks for answering me,
I was using 2.0.10 then did the patch to get up to 2.0.13 but nothing changed
I did a search on the mod you mentioned but it doesnt seem to be listed has it actually been developed and stable? please provide a link if so. I guess i will continue to move my listing into the addresses module but i liked the feautres on xdirectory better

Thanks

Hi everyone,
I am having trouble with xdirectory, whenever a listing is submtted all the information is deleted except the name and the comments field, also if someone requests a change in the listing anything that was in the address fields including web addy is dropped even if this isnt whats being modified.
If I insert this information myself through admin it takes
this has been like this since install
this really sucks as its a big part of my site!

I tried the Addresses mod and it drops the website name!

any ideas whats going on here?? does this mod work right for everyone else

Thanks
Layla

Hi everyone,
Im really happy I finally got XOOPS installed and running! when i log into the admin menu i see this message:

WARNING: File E:/***/****/***/mainfile.php is writeable by the server.
Please change the permission of this file for security reasons.
in Unix (444), in Win32 (read-only)

How do I go about doing this?

Im hosted on a windows server that supports php and has iis.
im running XOOPS 2.0.10

i logged into my host and went to permissions manager and I am only able to see the directories not the files

Thanks
