Hi everyone,
Im really happy I finally got XOOPS installed and running! when i log into the admin menu i see this message:

WARNING: File E:/***/****/***/mainfile.php is writeable by the server.
Please change the permission of this file for security reasons.
in Unix (444), in Win32 (read-only)

How do I go about doing this?

Im hosted on a windows server that supports php and has iis.
im running XOOPS 2.0.10

i logged into my host and went to permissions manager and I am only able to see the directories not the files

Thanks

Re: change permission onm mainfile.php

Ask your host, on a Windows Server there is no chmod command, that is Unix/Linux command. Usually it is as easy as checking the read only in the files properties. You may need to find out from your host why you cannot see your files.
