I've updated/upgraded to the 2.2.3 Final release, via the 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 final patch. The edit user check box, in the Webmaster Group, will still not stay checked. Same as before with XOOPS 2.2.2. Any idea as to when this will be resolved? Is the update patch, to 2.2.3, supposed to resolve this? Thanks again.

Does anyone know of a fix for this, besides going back to a 2.0.x version of Xoops?

That's the problem! Any version of XOOPS 2.2.x, when upgraded from 2.x, is jacked up with regards to the ability to edit users. You cannot enable "edit users" in the webmaster group-- go ahead and try. Since the webmaster cannot edit users any longer, using XOOPS is pointless. Also, see if anyone can register on a site with an upgraded version of XOOPS (token error). Good luck with that one. Throw us a bone and don't release something as stable when it is not.

When users post to my forum the timestamp is always 2 hours off. I have checked to make sure that the site timezone is set to GMT -5:00 (Eastern Time) in XOOPS Prefs. The users timezones are also correct. Any ideas how this can be corrected? Thanks.

Sometimes, every once in a while, my site will white screen on the main URL. When I, or anyone else, hits reload it loads fine. I turned on PHP Debug and waited for it to happen again. After about an hour of refreshes I got the white page with the debug info. I'm kind of new to PHP so it doesn't make that much sense to me. I can see that the problem is in the xp-weather block, but I don't understand the error or how to resolve it. Any help would be great! Below is the debug code:
