xoops path

i moved my XOOPS installation into a new folder and can only get the news page whic was the front page to show all the other paths to modules and links do not work. do i have to manually change the links?
here is what i mean i amde a new folder oldxoops and move the my site into it so
www.mysite.com/oldxoops shows only the news frontpage without a theme or links to modules are not found
my site was previously www.mysite.com/modules/news and it worked properly

it seems as many people have the problem with the blank page . so how is it solved. i can enter even the admin section of my site. meanng i dont have any influence on the site.

can any one b of help. i have deleted the files in template c and even the cache but nothing still works

actually the page comes on when you just click to it but after login it becomes blank. so i dont know where the problem lies

i cannot log into the my website,when memeber or i login in web site, main page web site is blank page after that.
no error display just a white page. ie thehttp://www.magictouchvideos.com/user.php is blank and does not
redirect to any module.
what can be doen

I wish to upgrade to the latest version of XOOPS but cant find the upgrade packages from this version i am running whewre do i find them and how do i go about it
