I need some help getting my site back up I get the following when trying to access my site:

This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

If you are the administrator of this site, please visit the XOOPS Troubleshooting Page for assistance.

Error [Xoops]: Unable to connect to database in file class/database/databasefactory.php line 34




Someone help me with this please.

Is there a way to make it to where downloads cannot be saved to people's computers? I have several MP3s that may be best if not fully downloadable but let people listen to them.

A little bit, but here is the code as written:

If I try to put my link after the alt tag, it does nothing.
