THANKS JMORRIS for the hint.

But ìt's missing a little auto-scroll with the FLOATING MODULE.

Here is a good example of floating module use for ads banners.

I would like to make a floating module automatically slides smoothly to a predefined position on browser window when page is scrolled.

This idea is very good for displaying high-cost banner ads on your site or just to attract attention from customers to your new product.

Then below is how to create floating module for Mambo.
that`s I found on Mambo forum (http://forum.mamboserver.com/archive/index.php/t-75479.html).

I tried to integrate to my BUBBLEGUM XOOPS theme but is not working, can someone help me? I believe this will a plus to contribute to XOOPS tools.

Thanks.

Thanks BINTEL.

"Anyways, you got to change the database table names to something else and also change all instances (MXDIR or something similar to something different)" ...

what do you mean by "change all instances"?

Thanks.

Can we get multiple mxdirectory install in the same website?

Cloning the mxdirectory the same way as in xhld module.

This module judges its number by tale of directory's name.

modules/mxdirectory0 - treated as No.0 module of mxdirectory
modules/xhld1 - treated as No.1 module of mxdirectory
modules/h2 - treated as No.2 module of mxdirectory

so we can have X number of mxdirectory within the same site.

Thanks.

Hi,

From \extended profile\field module, I created a new field ("telephone"). Creation of the new field was successful, but once I register a new member, I got this error message:

You are now registered. However, we were unable to send the activation mail to your email account due to an internal error that had occurred on our server. We are sorry for the inconvenience, please send the webmaster an email notifying him/her of the situation.

Could anyone have an idea about this?

-Thanks.

Hi,

I'm trying to use MxDirectory to create a Yellow Page listing. But in the SUBMIT A LISTNG form, the field "city","State", "Country" are pre-defined.

How can I remove the pre-define, so anyone can freely enter their information?

refer to>
http//www.canvie.com/modules/mxdirectory/submit.php

Thanks.
Jeffrey.

Hi,

Your Boats Directory look great.
By default in "submit a listing" the City, Country is listed, how can I remove it, so the user can list it own city or country freely?

Thanks.
Jeffrey.
