Xoops install trouble

I am having trouble installing xoops.When entering admin.
user name and password and where to install file.I keep
getting a not a valid install. Can someone please help me.

I am having some problems,but what i want to know more about
xsas and where can it be found. How to set it up so that maybe
can i avoid making some mistakes if at all possible on my site.This is my very first attempt at taking on a project of
this magnitude and considering i am not computer literate.

I need to get a domain name and web-hosting package,but i want to use the XOOPS program.Is this possible? If so please let me know where to go for these services...

I am new to this website building thing. I don't have anyu idea of where to or how to begin.I know for sure that i want to ues the XOOPS program. Any and all help would be greaty appreciated
