I am new to this website building thing. I don't have anyu idea of where to or how to begin.I know for sure that i want to ues the XOOPS program. Any and all help would be greaty appreciated

1st off i'd read the faq section and the docs as they will give you a good insight into xoops.. then the best way is to download it and install it.. then play around.

if u have any specific questions just ask and we'll try to answer them as best we can.. (i say we as in 'we' the XOOPS community)

and welcome to the world of XOOPS.

hope you're not married as it can get addictive.. lol

You could start by reading this guide
You could also check out jdseymour's web page which has some excelent flash tutorials such as this instalation guide
