When I add links to post in the news module it always opens in a new window. I would like to change this. Instead I want links to open in the same window. How can I change this setting?

Hi all,
I would like to change the apperance of the page users post comments. To be more specific, like to change the way the form is presented on the page. I would also like to remove the possibility for users to format text (font size colour, etc).
I have searched the forums for information on this but havent been able to find any information.
Does anyone have ideas of where I change this?

I would like to change the way the news module presents news. Default is that the category comes to the left of the news title. I would like to be able to change that and move the category to the right. I have looked through the forums but can not figure out how to acomplish this.
Does anyone know how to do this?
