Changing the look of comments page

Hi all,

I would like to change the apperance of the page users post comments. To be more specific, like to change the way the form is presented on the page. I would also like to remove the possibility for users to format text (font size colour, etc).

I have searched the forums for information on this but havent been able to find any information.

Does anyone have ideas of where I change this?

edit the comments templates via admin, goto templates manager and then click edit system templates..

Thanks for your reply but I can not find the template. The URL is modules/news/comment_new.php? but I can't find the corresponding template

Am I correct in assuming that no one knowshow to change the look of the comments page?

I may be wrong - but perhaps these in the templates may help:

system_comments_nest.html
system_comments_thread.html
system_comments_flat.html
system_comment.html

I think what he means is the input form for posting a comment, not the comment itself.
I can't find that one in the XOOPS templates too.
