I've got it setup so they can reply, and it adds "guest_" to their name.. but they can't post new threads?!

Ok, now for a real life example of what I am trying to achieve... my apologies for all the confusion.

1. Go to www.adamsrelief.org
2. Contemplate helping this f*ed family.
3. Notice how I have a link [FULL STORY] where the main story should continue to another page with an HTML table including images.
4. Notice how it goes nowhere, because I don't know how to create a new custom block and link to it. I basically want it to do what happens when you click on the "Will You Help" button at the top, except that uses TinyD... which has all these things I don't want.. such as white background, print page icon, email page icon, and all this bullshit. I want a basic centered HTML block.

Does that make more sense?

Thanks! These people REALLY need our help...

Sorry... let me try to be more clear.

What is the URL to a custom block that is not displayed on the top page, or anywhere unless called.

For example, I notice a number associated to a custom block, and other blocks do something like this:

http://www.MY_DOMAIN.com/xoops/html/modules/index.php?ID=22

Where the 22 will pull up the block with that ID...

I am using 2.0.13.1 and made a custom block, which I have on TOP PAGE... but I want to make it only show up if I link to it... what is the link to call up a custom block?

Thanks!

OMG: What kind of code is this?!

The following code is in the middle of my theme.html page from a theme I installed, and.. being a newb, I don't know what kind of code it is... doesn't look like PHP, as there is no <?PHP around it... nor does it appear to be javascript, as it vanishes when it is executed... which I'd expect server-side, such as PHP, to do...

All it does is display, "Howdy UserName..." if you are logged in.

=================
<{if $xoops_isuser}>
<font color="#EEEEEE"
Howdy...
</font>
<a href="<{$xoops_url}>/user.php" style="color: #EEEEEE; font-weight: bold;">
<{$xoops_uname}>
</a>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
<a href="<{$xoops_url}>/user.php" style="color: #EEEEEE; font-weight: bold;">
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
[ your account ]
</a>
<{else}>
<{/if}>

WF Channel is 99% of what I need, as the HTML comes through... BUT the links it creates to all the documents on the "index" page do not have a <BR> tag, so they are all bunched together... any idea how to alter the template for this????

That would be a miracle for me!

Damn, I just install AMS and was VERY impressed with it's ease of use and powerful feature set, YET.. it does the same thing.. just destroys any HTML I put into it...

I wonder if there is a TOGGLE to turn off AUTO <P> BREAKS or something. It seems like WF-SECTION and AMS both try to word wrap my HTML or something.

I should clarify:

WHICH Articles Modules best supports HTML in articles, because my WF-SECTIONS blows my HTML up and displays it horribly.

For instance, I found out the Formulaire is HANDS DOWN the best survey module, after trying Multi-Survey and Liaso, or whatever it is... but I had to install them each to realize Formulaire is untouchable in comparison.

WHAT'S "THE" ARTICLE MODULE?

I'm not real happy with WF-SECTIONS...
