My host handles XOOPS fine, and I don't think your site is really that high traffic. Obviously they just couldn't handle it. I'd say high traffic would be 50+GB, Mid range 10-50GB, low under 10GB. Re: the experience, sorry can't help you there. Never been with any of those.

My users are intermittently getting 403 Forbidden errors when trying to access my site, and they dont go away until cookies & cache are cleared.

What could be causing this?

How can I put a script/program into a module? So its sort like an iframe if you get what I mean?

I am very happy with my host, XOOPS runs perfect on it. No slow downs at all. Worked very well via Fantastico and I just upgraded manually myself.
