well it seems that its a software problem cause it is a addon to our host in admin panel and i did a default install. and i got no errors on install and when i go to page link its blank www.streetmedic.com/xoops/ help would be great .. admin if you need ftp access i can arrange it but will have to email or im me to let me know ad i get forgetfull

cause i never have seen a home dir as well as streetm only public_html
