I need a custom theme that is origional, I can not pay you but I can host your XOOPS for you with 500MB of disk space.

It needs to have a MMORPG Character in the banner, and look space-age and cool... preferably a alien green or greyish blue.

my question is, if I use this will it crash my XOOPS like squirrelmail module, or is this strictly a module, or does it go into more folders other than modules?

There is a bloggin tool that allows you to do so, it is under blogging I believe.. it is the new cafelog I believe it is worldblog or something like that... if you use that to manage news, you just might be able to submit news from your phone... the only bad thing is if someone finds out the email address, to put it nicely... you are screwed... I used a blogging tool before that supported email to blog, someone got ahold of the email address - submited crap to the blog.

I use Canaca (www.canaca.com or something like that)

for $7.95 a month, I get basically unlimited space for a single site: 20 gigs of space, 200 gigs of bandwidth.
I get 5 SQL databases (I can install virtually unlimited XOOPS into a database because of the table prefixes being different)

I recommend Canaca - they are wonderful, and have great support!

Also, I will give someone some of my extra space if they help me customize my XOOPS system with custom logos and graphics, and possibly help integrating squirrelmail or something...

I am fairly new to XOOPS, I have heard it is nearly hacker-proof, and there are more devs than php-nuke (they only have one), and my php-nuke site got hacked several times through exploited bugs, I am happy with xoops, the only thing I hate about it is the newBB integration built in by default... I believe it should have IPB by default, and there should be an updated coppermine module for photo gallery.

Anyhow, I can not express how much I appriciate you guys making this all possible - I would have an empty directory if it wasn't for you, I am learning PHP, I do not know much, but I plan on customizing and eveuntally releasing my own modules!

I have some requests about mods.

I am looking for a pet mod, kind of like neopets or something like that. That is a low priority.

What I am mainly looking for is a mod for videogame "clans", where users can create a team and post information, and possibly upload a small website.

I can not pay you for these modules, and you probably already have hosting, but I can host a XOOPS for whoever helps me skin my site and design it to my needs.
