i want to know if some one have the wordpres MU in a XOOPS module...http://mu.wordpress.org/

i want to give to my members the possibility to have a own blog on my community.

about channel, news and spotligth

I'have a complex news db (module news 1.42). About 3000 stories, 5 topics and relate 50 subtopics.

I all ready know that if I link for example /modules/news/index.php?storytopic=63 that is a main topic, it's impossible to see all the artiche on the related suntopics.

So I think that is batter have a sort of channel that rapresent the main topic and so I haved installed the "mypage" module.

Now each page of mypage module is a mainchanel=maintopic

The problem is that i want to put in heach chanel n spotligth-block of the subtopic related.

How i can do it?

Hi my dear,

I use the XOOPS news module 1.4, with XOOPS 2.2.3

I have two question for these community:

1)I'want know if there is a special block to the main page to assign an immage to a specific article.

The idea is to have a mainpage like a magazine with a sommary of the week

2)I have section and subsection. If i see the mainsection how is possibile to see the artiche of all specific subsection.

It's the last one version. 2.07 Beta 3


I all ready try to port my wfsection to smartsection but i dont'find the migration script in smrt section module.

I use XOOPS 2.2.3

admin module only in admin area

Hi!

i can't solve an admin problem.

I note that I can admin a lot of module both side admin and frond-and.

For example if I want to admin a news in "xoops module news" I can admin it in the admin area clicking on "modify" link but after I'have cliked on the link by a redirect I modify it on the public area.

There is a way to have that all the admin link are not redirect to the public area?

you suggest that smartsection is better then news module?

I use the 2.2.3 version. Wich vesion of smartsection must I use?

ok... do yu know a conversion system from wfsection and news 1.4?

I Have 2000 article in wf format and about 45 category...

what do you suggest?
