I apologize for not answering sooner. I appreciate the tip to look at the wiki and other documentation. I've looked and haven't found the answer I'm looking for. I really do appreciate your help.

Thank You!!!

I just recently installed TinyD, which is an offshoot of Tiny Content. It did stump me at first, but here is how to make those numbered modules work.

You'll have to FTP into your server and create individual directories for how many modules you want.

Example:

tinycontent
tinycontent1
tinycontent2

After you create the directories, just upload the original contents of the module. Then go to your module page and you should see those created modules. From there just install.
I think that's what you wanted to know.
Here's a screenshot of my FTP

I have posted before in the newbie section but did not recieve an answer to my question. Basically I have another php script that I want to include as part of my main XOOPS site. I can have it open in a new window, but I would rather have it enclosed in a block in the center. I understand how to do php includes, but I don't understand how to make this happen with available modules. I've looked at the documentation and maybe I'm just not getting it. I would appreciate anyone's suggestions or comments. I hope this was clear.

I had been looking at the code way to long. I want the whole center block to be black, not grey . I'm positive I was changing only the style.css and not the styleNN.css
Thanks for your answers. This one has got me really stumped. I will take a look for the elusive 666666 tag and change it to 000000

Thanks a bunch

I just changed the code and it's all black now. I kept missing the 666666 part, but thanks to you guys I found it.

I have stared at the code waaaaay too long
I am basically to a point where I need to walk away, but I have to know if anyone has an answer about my design. I have figured out how to change a few things with the css and some image colors, but I still cannot get the whole center block to stay black. I'm tired and probably not making any sense, but here is the url to what I'm talking about
http://www.lyric-music.com/fanportal/index.php

As you can see, the top half of the center is black and the bottom half is grey. I want the whole thing to be grey. The color is #666666 but I can't find a reference to that anywhere. Can anyone help me figure out how to change this?

Thanks for the info. I've been digging through the css and php and finding out exactly what you said

When I asked about wrapping php, basically my problem is this. I have another script called Jamroom. I need to include elements from this script into XOOPS (like Artist Login, Artist webpage, etc). I have installed CJ Content and I managed to place the Artist Login, but I can't get it to show up in the menu, there really isn't much documentation on how to do that. The module is no longer supported on his site.

I hope that explains it better.

First off let me say that what you guys are doing here is excellent. I have tried many different CMS and have been frustrated with the fact that they say they are modular, but they really aren't by any stretch. Your install went extremely smooth, and If a module gives me any problems, XOOPS seems to instinctively revert back to good settings. My experience so far atleast

I would like to know where to find the files to tweak with the design of XOOPS overall, as well as the individual modules. I know there is CSS but not in everything.

The other thing that is really holding me up is how in the hell do you wrap or include php from another script into Xoops? I have tried various modules and read several articles on the process, but I'm still not figuring it out.

Thanks for your time
