I was wondering if someone could help me out. I would like to be able to add a random image to the logo of xoops. I am using the <? include("filename.php") ?> in the themes "theme.html" file. But it doesn't work. I also made a test.html page and loaded the same script on that page. And it STILL wont load. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Yah, maybe this is too late as well. But I just noticed on the Mods Dev Forge that they are developing a Module called FREEPAGE. It sounds from the brief discription that maybe this is exactly what you are looking for. I dunno when it will be released..hopefully soon, cuss I would need the same module as well.

Actually I have just place it back to the way I had it. If you scroll down you will see a SECOND Navigation Block. It has the FORUM link. The link is set to open in the blank iFrame there. But it loads the ENTIRE page. Including the Menu and the Banner all over again! Can you fix that?

Better yet. How do you make it function like this site
http://www.pubmp3.com

Sure you can see my site. I have recently done away with all the iFrames. And my SQL Database has been reset and there aren't any posts.

ok after spending several hours with this I have finally decided to give up and ask for a lot of help. All I want is to have my site look just like www.pubmp3.com of course the theme will be different. But I was just wondering HOW I could do this. I have came close but obviously no close enough. If anyone could help me that would be great. I do have myiFrames installed. And I don't really want to use multimenu. I would just rather use an external .html that functions like the System Main Menu.

Ok well after mesin around with my webpage for a LOOOONG TIME trying to get everything to work with Iframes. I finally got it to work. But then I ran across yet ANOTHER problem. When I click on my forums link it opens the forum in the middle iFrame ( as expected ) but what happens is that the FORUM banner is also present as well. Is there anyway that I can get rid of this?

Can someone please give me a step by step with this?

I want to do exactly what pubmp3.com did. But I can't seem to get it to work. I have MultiMenu and MyiFrames installed. But it looks like on pubmp3.com that he has the System Module up there with two custom blocks underneath. Now do I get my SYSTEM MainMenu block in an Iframe and still have the links take you to the middle iframe?

I am pretty good with Flash. The actual designing part..I can make a full Flash site no problem. But I have never made a XOOPS flash site. I suck at PHP it would take me so long that once I was finished. XOOPS 2.08 would be out lol

Hey yah thanks for the imput there sbkiller. That actually didn't work the first time when I tried that. I used Dreamweaver to insert the HTML into the Block, what all that I got was a white block. It was pretty strange.
