Moving XOOPS page from one server to another

I have a XOOPS page perfectly set up on one server, and I want to move it to another server. How would I go about doing this?

I fixed the icon, but I can't figure out how to upgrade to 2.0.7. I downloaded the files, but I don't know where they go.

Recently I was working in the administrative menu of xoops, and now I can't get to the "system admin" area. I can get to the other areas, but not sytem admin.
