system admin option gone in administration menu

Recently I was working in the administrative menu of xoops, and now I can't get to the "system admin" area. I can get to the other areas, but not sytem admin.

Most likely you are still using 2.0.6 version. It is a known bug.

You need to upgrade to 2.0.7 or check if the admin checkbox are "re-checked" whenever you are editing/saving changes to Webmaster Group.

I fixed the icon, but I can't figure out how to upgrade to 2.0.7. I downloaded the files, but I don't know where they go.
