How do I get Frame Browser to work? I uploaded to the main directory and its showing up in my site but what do I do from here? I want to get another script to show up in my site that I installed on my server...

I tried I frames but something is wrong I click on the menu link and the screen flashes but doesnt go to the page embedded.

I have another section of my site for artist profiles I want to have wrapped in my site. How do I do that? I tried Tiny Content and I can upload html pages but all I can do is put links to it for people to see. I want them to stay inside my site.
