translate theme

hello all.
Is there some way to translate theme, into more languages, i found that u can translate articles,news,all except theme.html
i would wery need that but i don`t know how to.
example: i have in theme.html text register now
so u put tags [en]register now[/en][slo]Registriraj se[/slo]
and it doesn`t show only one..

Hi, thx for response.
i uncomented lines in registerform.php for avatars to show on signup page (register,php).
but it doesn`t show correct how it should, thats why i posted link in prev. post

Yea im curious about that 2
i did saw there was some lines commented in /includes/registerform.php
line: 37 it says
//$user_avatar = isset($HTTP_POST_VARS['user_avatar']) ? $HTTP_POST_VARS['user_avatar'] : "blank.gif";

so i tryed uncomment it (and doesn`t show button on register), but i guess i didn`t find all required things,
can somebody plz explain how to do that???

edited/added more ..
I uncommented all in registerform.php and it showed,
but wit little problem i guess
http://193.95.228.241/rime/html/register.php here is the link and names in avatar`s box aren`t displayed(they are in pop-up), and where can i change that text > XOOPS < avatars

go to system admin >> edit user
the u got bellow rank: click webmaster
then go to system admin >> groups
select webmasters and again on end of page u got non-members and members > move user from non-member to member.
if this doesn not work then hit search on forum

Hi a made something yet
i got now in pop up to send news on page.
yall can check here
this url will be in small pop up.
now i only got problem with detect if user is logged in, like is something wrong with path.

yea this helped in last lines of mainfile.php i removed empty lines.

and news is set for start page should i try change that maybe.

i don`t think it could be firewall or some link issues.
problems for ppl seeing page are half half
to some works to some simply not
