How to have more than one Admin?

hi

how to convert a normal user into a full fleged Admin. I want to have more than one admin for the site. can this be done. I could not locate how to give admin rights to just one individual.

I thought of adding the user to Webmaster group. Is thats what needed to be done.

go to system admin >> edit user
the u got bellow rank: click webmaster
then go to system admin >> groups
select webmasters and again on end of page u got non-members and members > move user from non-member to member.
if this doesn not work then hit search on forum
