I have been looking around in the forums and i found nothing about this.I installed.xcgallery.However i am unable to display thumbnails or the static thumbnails as they are called.When go to edit template and without changing anything i just click view i don't see anything only a blank window therefore i think that the problem is with the code.However i know nothing much about it so i cannot really change it.
Further more when i use the scrolling images utility, the images are a little bit outside the box.

Check on the right the second block.and i don't know how to change it.Further more is there any way in which i can reduce the size of the images without cropping.Because most images i have were taken with a digital camera and some a 300kb just for one so is there a neat way of reducing the qualit.

i have just put it there but it there but when i go the module section , it says module not found. in the module subfolder it appears as 1.3

i just checked and from what i can see the last 3 errors are the same and basically this is what they say

and unfortunately i don't know exactly what to do.
as for the paths in the gallery module everything looks ok.I don't get any errors.

yup that is what they are set to and still nothing is happening.Well i don't really want one that is too complex and might gobble bandwith.I just one where users can post photos,send ecards,view photos, rate them and post some comments if possible

Thanks for the help.By the way what recommended alternatives do you have for posting up photos on a website.because this current website i am using it for practise before i really put anything up on another wbesite iam working on.I just want to make sure that everything works well before i strat trasnfering knowldege.

Hi i know this might not be the right place to post but i am getting kind of desperate and i think a good number of you have gallery installed.I posted on the Gallery webstie but not replies so i am resorting to this.I installed gallery without a problem however the problem is with NetPBM i installed it on the server.
but when i say check NetPBm i get this message

Am sure maybe some one had a similar problem.Any suggestions how to fix the problem or do i need to install it somewhere else. If possible post as many details as possible on how to fix the problem.Also is there an alternative to gallery for displaying pictures?
And also is there a program for settting up a play list so that members can listen to a play list of mp3.
