I once installes XOOPS over a database and tables were created under the "xoops" prefix. After a few months, an administrator destroyed XOOPS and I can't install it again because at the end of the installation can not create any new tables, and displays that Xoops2 tables are already exist in my database. I changed the "xoops" prefix with "oops" to test the installation, and setup continued and finished. The bad thing is that all my information were in "xoops" tables, and I don't know how to make XOOPS not to see the tables with the "oops" prefix but the old ones. Through phpmyadmin I can't rename or overwrite the new tables, there must be something I can do. Pls if it is something simple, let me know. I forgot to tell you that the site I have the trouble with is not mine and I have a major problem...

Thank you in advance

At the end of installation, I get a message that tells me there are already tables for xoops2 in my database and installation stops there. At site, there is a blank page. Yntil that moment, all the procedure is doing fine. How I keep my old database? XOOPS 2.0.5. was running, and deleted so 2.0.9. had a new installation without upgrading. Help...

Thank you in advance.
