Help!! How do i transfer my members if i re-installl Xoops?

My site has gone something wrong with the cache or database and im missing a bunch of stuff... started out with my weather block saying it has a cahe error... then my xgallery ...it has a bunch of photo albums missing. Im getting ready to re-install xoops.

If possible how do i...
save & re-install the members database & upload to new site (login Info) so my users dont have to re-register.

Cant take credit for the theme...graphics and flyer desings are mine but i dont know how to design or edit XOOPS templates. im more concerned with modules that would help me out with nightclub promotions..

Hey folks.. im sort of new at this.. im trying to develop a site thats kinda like the following..

Http://www.facethejury.com
http://www.ratecarpics.com/homepag.php
where people can post their pictures and people can rathe them.. and search by location age or what not... can i do this with xoops?
