Hey folks.. im sort of new at this.. im trying to develop a site thats kinda like the following..
http://www.rate-pictures.com/
Http://www.facethejury.com
http://www.ratecarpics.com/homepag.php
where people can post their pictures and people can rathe them.. and search by location age or what not... can i do this with xoops?

you can build a similar one with gallery modules.
i think xcgal is good one.
but for profiles im not sure.

I've seen threads in these forums on the same thing, and I believe someone has actually developed a rating/hotornot module, but I don't believe it's been released to the general public. Try doing a search on this site for "hotornot".

My site runs off of the Invision Board module and the xCgal module. Profiles aren't rateable, and unlike the majority of the rating sites, xCgal isn't random.
