new non profit org site - where to start?

Hi

I'm considering using XOOPS for a website for local Humane Society organizations in my area. The Humane Society is a non-profit no-kill shelter that takes in animals and finds them homes, has fundraisers, adoption clinics and of course lots of dogs. Any suggestions on how to get started would be appreciated.

Hi - I'm new to the world of XOOPS - it looks like an amazing program and just what I'm looking for in my search for a management program.

I'm looking for an American patriotic theme for use in the development of my website. I am willing to give permanent prominent exposure of the designer on all pages and space to put your bio.

The timing of this program is such that it will become a high traffic site.
