Forbidden??

after i installed the Xoops, i logged in as a admin and try to modify the website, it will give me this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /modules/system/admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

why is that happening? thanks

yah, he has all the other rights except System Admin rights

I set certain user as webmasters, but they still can't delete posts in the forums. how?

Is there anyway to grant a group to have private forum access instead of granting people one by one? it would life so much easier, thanks!

Hi, how do i make all forum Flat all the time, so i dont have to click Flat in every topic everytime?

also, is there a way to let XOOPS remember me? it seems whenever i close my IE it will reset, so i have to enter my user/pass again. thanks!!
