First off - Thanks, this is a great module. It's what I have been looking for to do submenus for ages.

I found a problem with xt_contuendo when using KDE's konqueror - the menu does not show up at all. I tried the firefox fix, but this didn't help. (It shows up in IE and firefox)

I suspect it has something to do with the browser identification as if I change Konqueror's identity to IE, the menu shows up and works perfectly.

Any idea on how to debug this further and get it working under konqueror.

Thanks

Martin

Sorry for the late response - I eventually solved this by using the latest Mantis module 0.18.3 and that was it.

Agreed, that is why I didn't want any executables in my htdocs directory.

I wasn't aware of the exec directory requirements for apache and hence my blanket removal of the exec bit caused the problem in 2.0.7.

I went and removed the exec bit from only the files and now it works perfectly.

Thanks for the help.

Might I suggest that the executable bit be removed from files in the update script in future...

executables in 2.0.7

I just upgraded from 2.0.6 to 2.0.7 and noticed that all new files are marked as executable.

If I do a blanket change and remove the executable bit (chmod -R -x *), then my site no longer works! It worked perfectly fine with no executables in 2.0.6.

I do not like having all theses executables in my web directory, so can anyone tell me which files, specifically, need to be executable?

Thanks

Xoops 2.0.6
I installed the mantis module and everything installed OK, but now when I try and access the module, all I get is a blank page.

I had done this on another server and it worked fine, the only difference between this server and the other one is that on the other server, the XOOPS database was local (localhost) and on this server it is a remote MySQL database.

Things I've tried:
I tried searching for any references to localhost in the mantis module and changed them to the server name, but it didn't make any difference.

chmod -R 777 modules/mantis - no difference

Any ideas as to how I can debug or solve this

Thanks
Martin

Newbie here,

I want to remove the print and email icons that can be seen on most pages - how do I go about doing this?

Do I have to modify the templates - which one?

Thx
