sorry posted last while working, here's the detail:

2.0.13a Xoops
Base forums/polls etc with some extra modules that i'm not concerned about.

php-5.0.4-10
httpd-2.0.54-10
mysql-server-4.1.12-2.FC4.1

no selinux

2.2.x upgrade breaks install completely (ie no pages displayed)

That said how hard is it to export/import a user list and forums/news topics directly from MySQL to say a 2.2.x install?

the rest of the site i can lose...

Admin pages appear to work.

Long story.

Have tranfered from a RH7.2 hosting rig to a Fedora4 rig, upgraded xooops on the old system first.

Now certain modules don't work. IE. Forums, Polls, etc.

Have checked all the paths i can think of and rest of site seems perfect any ideas?

Apache 2.0.x, PHP5, MySQL 4.x,

Bear

Cannot remove users from group "webmasters", page white pages on attempt, anyone else had similar issues?

Basically, select ANY user from the group click remove and it hangs.

this just keeps getting weirder. It's working now, after 4 hours of mucking around it just fixes itself.

Yes i tried altering the mainfile.php, the path was the same as were all other details, so i messed with the XOOPS http root setting, it just hung the site completely when i changed it to www.

very strange that it works now though.....[quote]

I've just changed server for my site:
http://lanforced.com

Everything was fine on the old system but since building the new server i have a weird issue with the url.

When accessed viahttp://lanforced.com everything is fine but when accessed viahttp://www.lanforced.com nothing works. The nameserver's , ip's etc all seem fine as does the virtual host setup as far as i can tell.

Any ideas would be appreciated, i've tried messing with the XOOPS root variable etc to no avail.

Cheers,
Bear
