Yes it is. It has to be configured from the feed generator. Not all generators have an image. On my site, I have one such feed that doesn't have an image. I tucked it away at the bottom of my feeds, because it's a popular site and I Still want people to have access to it's news.
To the best of my knowledge (such as it is) there is no way to manualy add your image to a feed.

This theme is in all English except for the Box on the top right, which I believe is displaying the time. Any idea how to fix it?

Nah wasn't it. I had to re-register Swish, because it forgot the key, but that doesn't even make a difference. Now my words are not scrambled, but I knew how to fix that..
