I am new to XOOPS I just downloaded this theme...Im not sure where to upload all the files, and how to set this as my default theme...

Well, I have decided to use XOOPS for my new domain I will be getting in january, it will be a gaming site so I only want users to be able to upload .zip files and be able to use .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, and .png files

Has anyone made an upload module? im using e107 right now and am thinking of switching to Xoops, but one of the main things that drives my site is the ability for registered users to not only sumbit downloads my urls, but to auctually upload them. If anyone knows about a mod. like this, please inform me.
