Has anyone made an upload module? im using e107 right now and am thinking of switching to Xoops, but one of the main things that drives my site is the ability for registered users to not only sumbit downloads my urls, but to auctually upload them. If anyone knows about a mod. like this, please inform me.

In the class folder is a php file that will modify the core code of XOOPS (This will be included as STD with next version of Xoops, so don't worry about core change)

in your XOOPS dir you will have a class folder, ftp it there and overwrite the std one

Xoops-Dir/class
www.domain.com/class/

the mydownloads folder is to be ftp'd to the modules section

xoops-Dir/modules/
www.domain.com/modules/

You will prob have a older version of my downloads in there so you could delete that first of over write.

All folders must remain intact.

thats it, hope this is of help

You can make changes in the mydownloads section (front end/user) like, modify, broke DL, etc, etc, then it will show in the 'waiting block'.

I was looking in my admin and seems you can't edit direct from admin yet only:

Submitted DL <--- front end submitted.
Broken DL <--- front end submitted.
Modified DL <--- front end submitted.

Hope this is of help.

Sorry if this sounds dumb but, you just completly confused me ...you don't have to reply, I will probably get it eventually.
