From the search engines' perspective, a solution to this would be to add a "canonical" meta-tag to the page. That way, no matter what URL brought the visitor to the page, the meta-tag will tell the search engines that the original content resides at the URL you want it under.
For your example, the tag might be:
<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.mydomaine.com/xNews/article.1/my-test.htm" />
For your example, the tag might be:
<link rel="canonical" href="http://www.mydomaine.com/xNews/article.1/my-test.htm" />
