with XOOPS 2.2.3 final

I try to upload a little png in the smilies but I receive as answer mime type not allowed
If I try to upload the same image in avatar all is working.

Perhaps a bug?

This is the output if I try to administrate the blocks from the forum menu. The italian translation is good but no constant in this page (/modules/newbb/admin/admin_blocks.php)

I reinstalled now, XOOPS and all modules I need, and now the page templates is normal and functional

See here at this link all people with the same problem.
I also work on a new site so this evening I will try to reinstall all, XOOPS and modules in the same time.

I can not see the page of templates normally. Now is without css, headers, graphical theme, ecc like the others.

New install of xoops2.2
2 lists of templates: default and custom but I see now only the default and I can't administrate the custom

At the beginning of my work I can access to the custom template set and the page was normal.

I have in the default set some modules I have tryed and after deleted. Why they are there?

This is a hosting problem. Perhaps XOOPS needs more 16mb allowed memory?

On my local installation, I give 80mb in my php.ini to memory, no error.

Yesterday when I send mail to 70 members the script go normally, but the last time I would send mail to all members I have error back.
I have the copy of my site in my computer, Linux Fedora 2, and I try to send from my computer the same mass mail: all members received the communication. So in my computer the script go but in my hosting don't work. I can solve so but this is a trick.
My php debug is:

I also use a mailing list: 2 minutes to have the addresses from database and to put it in the list. My hosting answered that 16MB for the script are the double of the default (8).
So I also must find a new way to send communications to members.

The same in my xoops: I have nearly 1.000 members.
Please, go in preferences.
Turn on the debug, in the preferences menu, on >php debug repeat the mass mail operation
and post the results: perhaps your host give no sufficient memory to php script.
Try to read your phpinfo and see in Configuration
PHP Core how much memory is in memory_limit
If 8 M is insufficient for the script
If at least 20 M or more go.
Try to modify the line #162 of modules/system/admin/mailusers/mailusers.php
into


$mail_end = ($added_count > ($mail_start + 100)) ? ($mail_start + 100) : $added_count;

substitute 100 with 50
and give me feedback.
