Not sure what happened, but suddenly I do have a plain text with no theme formatting when I click on Admin>Themes

modules/system/admin.php?fct=tplsets

A couple of days ago it was working fine, but now I do see only text. Tried updating system module, tried changing to default demplate set, tried to set to different theme, but every time I click on this page it looses the XOOPS theme formating.

Just to clarify mine, there are no PHP errors visible. I have enabled PHP debug all the time it's a pre-production site.

Another update:

In this page if I click on any template be it list or Clone next page will show up without any problems and all formatting is restored. Only this page has these problems as I described above.

See here at this link all people with the same problem.
I also work on a new site so this evening I will try to reinstall all, XOOPS and modules in the same time.
