Re: Personalized Menu - Link problems

I dont have the site online, but i just need to know how to convert that link like shortURL does... i have the php link like i gave above, just need it to put it as an .htm link.
I'm sure that someone who works with this plugin and/ot have a good php knowledge will know how to do it.
Hope someone can help me on this.

Re: Personalized Menu - Link problems

well you can give it a try to understand how can i convert the link i described before... you only have to install the module like described on the module's readme, and add a code to your .htaccess file... nomrlay to "set" a link like:
site.com/modules/news/index.php
you only have to put things like:
site.com/news+index.htm
for submit: site.com/news+submit.htm
That happens automatically on xoops, but because i'm doing this customized menu i need to know how to convert that link to .htm.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Personalized Menu - Link problems

Hi,
That's not the idea, my english isn't the best so it's hardest to explain... well in my XOOPS page i have the shortURL module, that module converts all url's to .htm , for example to go to news module, normally should be:
site.com/modules/news/index.php
the shortURL module converts that to:
site.com/news+index.htm

Now I have that php link that i want to put in the menu i've made, but i dont want to use the php link, but yes the htm link, so my doubt, once the link is more complex is how to convert it.
Hope i've made myself clear.

Thanks in advance!
