I try this module (Comment Anywhere) with XOOPS 2.2.4 and works perfectly, but I don't having success to enable XOOPS dhtml form. I get plugin "smarty_dhtml_v100" (in accordance with readme of module) and put the file (function.xoopsdhtmltarea.php) in ROOT/class/smarty/plugins folder, but there aren't change in comment form. I'm not right about dir to put the file... Someone knows if I need edit some file?

Already exist a module with this function. The name is Aleatoire 1.2 (http://xoops.net.br/lingo/modules/rmdp/down.php?id=67).

I'm not certain if works with XOOPS 2.2+...

Sugestions:

1/ Refresh the system module
2/ Try with my css file, I using Xcgal 2.02 too.

Put the file in xcgal folder, clear browser temps and press F5.

Well, I have a question too: how enable html tags in description field?

Other: I like put more links by id (like Peak Site mydownloads module) but links would be for "mirrors" and not for extensions. Here a code that maybe help.

I use this module too and really it was ported from "mylinks" module. But, I believe don't be dificulty insert more fields to more elinks as well as an image upload function, though I don't know how do this, then maybe somebody that have good scripting practice could make this adaptation for us and for XOOPS comunity.
