transfering members from 2.0.9.2 to 2.0.13.1 ?

First!.. apollogies if this is in thw wrong place:

I have installed 2.0.13.1 final and also have 2.0.9.2 on the same server/host but under a different sub.domain

How can I transfer my members from 2.0.9.2 and their passwords over to 2.0.13.1??? I take it I will have to do it in mySQL?

2.0.13.1 to 2.2.3 final not working. blank pages

Hi all,

I just upgraded from 2.0.13.1 to 2.2.3 final using the download from here....

It says that you have to type www.example.com/xoopsupdate.php so I did and receive nothing but a white page... I tried going to the index page and just get:

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $ in /fruity/include/functions.php on line 798

Any help please?.. I have also cleared the templates_c & cache etc etc

I haven't read their Terms of Use and will have a lookie later, I have never been to their site and the user electriclollypop of fruitybids.com is the lady in the pictures so I guess she can do what she wants with the pics? .. maybe wrong, I don't know.

"Amateurish" is what I am looking for as I am not a professional company or make any money from the site at all.

I'll work on the Theme some more after xmas Biteronboard as I have not long finished it and as I have NO php knowledge and a little HTML knowledge, it takes me bloody ages!

Just checked out the Gooberhead site and love it!.. that split style is what I'd be after, menu @ top, three coloums then menu/ banner at bottom..

Umm?, I know the site isn't packed out but there is loads of News there for you to read, some topics in the forum aswell... okies, not loads and definitley not as much as I would like.. but some!

I'm getting the same errors as faheja, It'll show my custom page but no links and all that text before and after my pictures.

Also, how would I go about adding a block on the left or right side of my site and having just links to my customed pages?

Hi all,

I have 7 themes on my site for the users to choose from and I'd like to know if there is a way I can see who is using which theme? I'd like to get rid of the ones that people are not using.. but how do I know?.. apart from starting a poll???

not 100% sure jshifter but I think you have to do thi in the index.html file of the theme.

I have 7 themes now and this is where I change the top links, logo.gif to .jpg whatever,.,..

When a user registeres they get to choose if they want to accept the sites newsletter when sent. Is it possible to delete this option so that they HAVE to accept it if they want or not!???
