When a user registeres they get to choose if they want to accept the sites newsletter when sent. Is it possible to delete this option so that they HAVE to accept it if they want or not!???

I don't have the newsletter module installed so I don't have that issue. But, are you sure you want to force your members to receive your newsletter? I'm sure there's more to the story here, but it seems like forcing someone to receive something they may not want is akin to spamming.
