I think the footer is already small, but you can do this (I think)

Nice t-shirt !!

I think that cafepress is getting all the money and leaves us only a small percentage. I think its better to distribute your own t-shirts and make you all the delivery and not cafepress. So you can keep lot of money.

Cafepress however is a good solution for teams that want t-shirts quick and not make a business from it.

Am I mistaken ??

I think also to make my own t-shirts, but not from cafepress . I 'll search the local factories and perhaps I can get some good price.

Find new icons that match your site's design. The icons used by now have grey pixels around, wich is not very nice.

Red and yellow colors are very good ! Have you studied psychology?

Look at this :

Red

The most emotionally intense color, red stimulates a faster heartbeat and breathing. It is also the color of love. Red clothing gets noticed and makes the wearer appear heavier. Since it is an extreme color, red clothing might not help people in negotiations or confrontations. Red cars are popular targets for thieves. In decorating, red is usually used as an accent. Decorators say that red furniture should be perfect since it will attract attention.

Yellow

Cheerful sunny yellow is an attention getter. While it is considered an optimistic color, people lose their tempers more often in yellow rooms, and babies will cry more. It is the most difficult color for the eye to take in, so it can be overpowering if overused. Yellow enhances concentration, hence its use for legal pads. It also speeds metabolism.

I think you made the best combination for a club !!!

Very nice !!!

The next step is to remove those ads (change perhaps to a paid server) and buy a domain. But the site layout and graphics are very good.

I see more and more greeks embrace xoops.
