Hello, guys.

First of all, sorry for such a late reply, but i was very busy to check forums and answer messages.

Now i'm thinking what should i do with this hack, as i spent my time and money to make this. maybe i should start selling it as koudanshi (from BBPixel) does? Because it seems to be working well - my traffic is bigger 8 times already and after some improvements for the hack (i improved it few minutes ago) traffic must grow a little yet. Just need to think an affordable price for hack installation...

Thank you, Herko

Ok, then here's another question:

How to add "title" atributes to Main Menu links? For example, there's link "News" and i'd like to add title="News" for this link. And with other links too. It's needed to edit modules (not Main Menu template), i think?

Yes, you may ask - why do i need this? Well, i'm crazy for search engine optimization. Now i get 8x more traffic from Google after all my optimizations to XOOPS website and i need more.

Hello,

I want to add Search link to main menu. Now my website uses Search Block and it wastes my space. I don't need a search box to be displayed, but i'd like to add "Search" link to Main Menu. And this link should open search.php of course.

How could i make that? I know, that it's possible to edit Main Menu template and add Search link under all the other links, but i need this to be displayed in another order.

Using X 2.0.9.2. Thank you.

I did it!

After some exploring and hacking XOOPS code now i have not just unique titles/descriptions/keywords for every page.

Now keywords for every page ar added automatically according to news title. For example, if you will go at articlehttp://www.soft-news.net/m-news+article+storyid-599.html (about program called BlindWrite) and look at the source, you will see, that first keyword is - "Blindwrite", and the goes other keywords by the main text (Download, Shareware, etc...)

If you will open an article about "Windows XP" for example, the first keyword will be Windows XP.

After first SEO my Google traffic was bigger 3 times than usual XOOPS system, now it's more than 4 times bigger and growing... Yeah, Christmas time...

By the way, forums are optimized too. For example if you will create a topic with name "This is my topic", you won't see a link like here such as index.php&forum=xxx&topicid=xxx", URL is changed to /forum/This_is_my_topic.html"

Yes, i'm very interested why this happened too. I can't imagine what should be fixed.

I don't know what's happened with backend.php.

It was valid all the time, i checked it today and got an error -http://www.feedvalidator.org/check.cgi?url=http://www.soft-news.net/backend.php

Break line suddenly appeared in the first line of feed, and all RSS isn't valid anymore. How could i fix it? What files should i edit?

Hey. I just updated my theme and assigned a fixed width for it. Now, when i press on Submit News, it looks scary for me. I need to reduce Text filed a little. You can take a look here:http://www.soft-news.net/m-news+submit+.html

I'm sorry if it's a little hard to understand, but here is 03.00 AM and i just finished my work - i'm soooo tired, going directly to the bed.

The module isn't available anymore, as IPB has requested to pay for this board now.
