i downloaded the templates from the classmatedirect hp. my question is can I try to put these templates to xoops. are there no copyrights on the images or templates? on the classmatedirect hp I didn't get a answer

I have 2 blocks, one in the middle of the side one in the right block. why are they not dislpayed in the IE6??

hmm I don't now understand your question
as you can see at my homepage if you click on "IGRICE" at the top I only changed the look of the redirect, colors size etc.
then in the admin->modules I updated the system.

if you only want to change the text I think it's in the language files, but I'm not sure

I had the same problem, as I remember I have cloned theme and then make changes then I updated the system in the adminpanel

look at admin-->blocks
then pick one of the blocks that is on the first page but not on the others and klick on "edit" on the right site.
it shout be visible on all pages. if not change this.
