Where can i get new template sets (other than default and x2t) and some differnet themes then what we see general 3 column one.

I recently saw sites based on mambo and ASP Portal they are really awesomely presented.

Where can i look for some differnet but good designs /themes. I know best thing is to do it own.. but i do understand that there are many smart chaps on other end who can do it in better way.. so just asking for links to them..

Looks like this post got dumped below in the long list of other posts. Could someone give some views/opinios or suggestions.
