How to redirect to other page after submit a news?

After we submit a news in NEWS 1.44, it'll go to the index, I wanna redirect it to a specific page.

I know I may need to modify sytem_redirect.html, but I didn't see how, cuz I only want to redirect after submit a news not others.

I remember there is a way to do that, but I really couldn't find where it is. or mayber there isn't?

question about DB restore.

If I wanna restore my DB by using phpmyadmin, do I have to delete the old DB before I import the backup one?
I tried to import a sql file but phpmyadmin says xxxx already exist. So I'm just wondering if I should delete the old DB first?

It works after I changed ../../../ to ../../

I installed Koivi and it seems to work. I tried on both 2.0.14 and 15. So far everything else works properly.

But still have some problems such as with the button 'more smiles' and 'paste special' and 'Insert Table', after I click these buttons I got the errors in a popup window:

I delete the old one and reupload it, but still have the same errors.
Actually, I only have one wysiwyg folder which is the Koivi one I uploaded.

Is there any other possibility?

I think I shouldn't download wysiwyg_sections1053b
I used xk_editor class v1.0.53 beta2.zip and got it works.

But there are some errors with the button 'smiles' and 'paste special', here is the error after I click these buttons:
