It could be:
1) Your permissions are not set right on the files mentioned in the errors.
2) The files do not exist.
3) The files are not making contact with the database.

It looks to me like you are missing some key files, or the database is not being read resulting in the files failing to open.

Yes, switch to another host, and take steps to make it so only registered people can post. That should take care of the bandwidth problems.

Any chance of obtaining a hacked version of the latest friend finder??? Half the features do not work.
