Turn Registration on and Off

How to turn New Registration on or Off , i do not mean turn the site on or off becuse i know this could be done from the admin panel . but i need to stop new user Registration and open it sometime ... there is Manual way by remove the register.php file and Redirect the Erorr page to another page says the Registration closed .. but o would like to have this opition set from the admin panel .

still Same i can not sign in to XOOPS Useing IE i have to use Fire FoxQuote:

this happens to me even with Xoops.org site if i use IE i get the logging welcome message but i go back to sign in again but with mozilla fire fox i have no problem on the other hand on my website when this problem happens i go to the Session tabel and rper it . that works

How can i edit the opition on the user profile to recive message from the Admin to Yes for all the users in Once instaed do that to each on of them one by one

hey Every One

i have updated for the lastest Release of XOOPS 2.0.17 but it seems we still have the Same Problem of mailing Users that ihad with 2.0.16 , i have 2300 Users . when i try to Send Mail to users i Can send to the first 400 then i get Blank Page . Someone Said befor Couple Months that he Fixed it and he will post How here but He never DID . any one has the Same problem ?

How can show the Last added video in smarmedia with Thumnail in the mainpage , the recent Blcok shown just the Name of the video without the Thumnail.can some one hack it for us plz
