I just did the upgrade from XOOPS 2.0.18.2 to 2.3.3b.
Everything goes fine.
Then I tried to use php5.2 (with 1&1).
Then all my administration menu are blank now.
If I switched back to php4, I can have theses pages but not with php5.2.
Is there any thing to do?
Thankx!

I had the same blank page as you with 2.0.18.
The problem is somehow solved, when I removed the folder "xoops22" in the "Frameworks".

I also got a blank page on 2.0.18.1 with tag module.
Although I do have the Framworks package...

I'm just afraid that if I install the latest XOOPS I have to reinstall modules etc....

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible for 2 sites to share the same database tables (like site mirror).
Because I have 2 subdomain on the same server but sometime (quite oftenà I have problemes...

Normally the 2 sites have diffrenet database (on the same sql sever), but I would like to change it to have the same database.
I modified the mainfile.php of one site, but it doesn't seem to change... but file do I have to modify??
Thank you very much.!!!

(Or is there any tool/script that update or share the tables between 2 database???)

Thanks a lot!!

Hello every one,

The pb I have ( User log-in & New user registration impossible) lasts almost 5 days now and I still don't have a clue!!!
Resized Image Resized Image Resized Image
The submit buttom for new user registration doesn't work and I suspect that the javascript is not very well supported by the server (they just a breakdown yesterday...) because normally if I click on submit without entering any data, a javascript window should pop-up and tell me nothing is entered.
But on my website (you can take a look HERE) nothing is showed and the "submit" type button doesn't react at all!!!
And I suspect that I have the similar pb with login button because the database i have is correct....

If anyone can take a look and tell me what's wrong with it, that will be very very kind of you!!!!!

Hello,

Thank you very much for your reply!

I have the multilanguage hack on my XOOPS 2.0.10 stable version.
But I have already replaced all the system files (files in directory "Kernel", "Classe" , "Include" and those outside of directories : user.php, register.php etc....) (and the files in module "system")

But I still get the same problem.....
I really don't know why....... (Incorrect Login and the submit button for user regisration doesn't work....)

I'm ready to give all the pwd if u can take a look yourself...
