problem in Module NewBB

i upgared my system XOOPS site to ver 2.2.3
that my module NewBB 2.0 do not work,
main page give me blank page.
when i trun phpdebg system give me this error messege:

when i want to send article with xfection module give me this messeage error:

I use of formulaire module ver 3.23 . When I want to create Text area which can't be changed in new form , this object have not text box and create text area than have not text box for typing something. How I must create this text box ?

I do not allow to user for upload file with mimetype .rar and .doc but user can to upload file with this mimetype in sending ticket page of "xhelp" module.
why?

problem with "Xhelp" module

I have problem with "XHELP" module.
When user sending ticket with file include mimtype "doc". We can not open file ".doc".
Microsoft word open that file with other format text that unable read file.
when open file with Micro soft word give message ( under picture ).
I think when "xhelp" module change file name, format file" doc" is changing also.
Please help me.
